The Dawn is my favorite band in the Philippines. This band changed the structure of Filipino culture in the 80's.
A Dawn of a new age of Filipino music.
The band is composed of well educated middle class Filipinos.
A band formed in one of the ivy league school in Manila or should I say the University belt of Manila and other bands emerged within the belt.
Teddy Daiz was a great musician and I called him the Jimi Hendrix of the Philippines but his life was short live when a crazed fanatic killed him in Greenhills. You will see him performed on part 2 of the history of The Dawn.

It was an assassination for the Filipino people but with army of foreign journalist
Ninoy showed to the world how brutal the Marcos regime in 1983.

The Moro teased the Philippine government into war.
The last battle was just a premature act and a warning that the Filipino Muslims still exist in Mindanao.
Families again suffered with death and hunger but we all suffered in our hearts and minds.
A land can be shared peacefully and humanely without the .45 caliber in our heads.

How you made yourself in the world of the world wide web.

I heard of Mr. Dingel few weeks ago. A world electronic browser search
(that's my own definition of the W.E.B) for a Filipino inventor.
Daniel Dingel was the result.
Who is this guy that he claimed that water can be use as a fuel to run a car?
I don't know him but he is famous in the world wide web but in reality is he a hoax or the truth.
Some vision him as the inventor of the hydrogen car three decades ago
And Honda was just a copy cat.
I want to know the truth before some else will claim to fame.

When the last EV1 was crushed. General Motors crushed its own future.
The EV1 was the first modern production electric vehicle from a major automaker and also the first purpose-built electric car produced by General Motors (GM) in the United States.
Introduced in 1996, The EV1 electric cars were available in California and Arizona as a lease only, as well as through a Southern Company employee lease program in Georgia, and could be serviced at designated Saturn retailers. They were discontinued after 1999 and subsequently removed from the roads in 2003 by General Motors (except for a few). The car's discontinuation was and remains a very controversial topic.
